The data controller, Maria Karpowicz Universal sp. z o.o., hereinafter referred to as the "Company," collects, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with the following principles:

- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- Personal data contained in email correspondence is processed to fulfill the Company's legitimate interests - i.e., maintaining email correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The following data is processed: email address, name, and any other data you provide to the Company in email correspondence. The data is stored on an external mail server. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties or unauthorized entities.
- Personal data contained in invoices and other accounting documents is processed by the Company to fulfill its legal obligations under accounting and tax regulations and to pursue the Company's legitimate interests (potential claims) - Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR. The data is obtained from you and from publicly accessible registers (CEIDG, KRS). The following personal data is processed: company name and address of the seller or buyer, NIP number, possible data of the signatory, and other data included on invoices and other accounting documents.
- To ensure the best possible user experience on the website, small files called cookies are stored on your device while browsing. These files are used for statistical and analytical purposes, allowing the Company to adjust its website to user preferences. You can block or limit the storage of cookies on your device at any time.
- All personal data processed by the Company is secured in accordance with GDPR requirements. The Company takes all possible measures to secure your personal data and protect it from unauthorized actions by third parties.
